Returns:

At Allurials our customers are the top priority. If some reason you need to return Allurials products, please contact us at Support@Allurials.com

We offer 30 days money-back guarantee. This guarantee applies in these conditions if the products arrived damaged or the wrong item received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you that your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take bank or credit card companies 5 to 7 business days to show in your account.

Wholesales Orders Returns:

We do not offer returns or refund to wholesales orders.

Unless the orders arrived wrong we will replace the order with the correct items and will cover the shipping cost.
